I scoured the internet for something that would work for what I was trying to achieve – a station that was functional and portable.
This gift wrapping station is the absolute winner.
It's on wheels so it's easy to move from room to room depending on what I want to wrap and where.
It has all the compartments that I need to keep all the essentials in order.
The only two things I added that didn't come with this were some 3M hooks to hang my gift bags and these organizers for the top shelf.
All in all, I'm super pleased with this as my main organizer and highly recommend it!
Gather your gift wrapping essentials.
The next step is to gather all your supplies.
One of my new additions are these wrapping buddies.
These are perfect for when you get to the end of the roll and it keeps rolling up on you.
They also have a place to add tape rolls too!
The other essentials in my gift wrapping station are…
- Your favorite wrapping paper
- Gift wrap tape
- Double sided tape
- Gift tags
- Gift bows
- Gift embellishments
- Ribbon/Twine/String
- Tissue paper
- Plain gift boxes
- Reusable gift boxes
- Gift bags
- Wrapping paper cutter
- Scissors
- Colorful markers/pens
- Gift card boxes
- Blank Christmas cards

Assemble your gift wrapping station.
And last, but not least, organizer your organizer!
I used my clear organizers to separate the items on the top shelf.
These gift tags actually came in a clear bin, so I kept that as part of the station.
Having some spare gift card boxes and blank Christmas cards is always a good idea for when you're in a pinch.
This wrapping paper cutter is new to my repertoire, but I've heard great things.
I have some spare ribbon and spare blank Christmas cards in one of the drawers.
Another drawer has all my extra bows.
Plus some larger bows in another drawer.
All my tissue paper, white gift boxes, and the reusable boxes I made are in the bottom shelves.
You can see my assembly mishap… I didn't realize it had a finished and not finished edge lol.
We call that character around here.
One of my favorite parts of this gift wrapping station is the ribbon rods on the side.
And the fact that I can put ten rolls of wrapping paper in the side!
I added the 3M hooks to hold a few of my gift bags, so I could see what I had available quickly.
Now that it's all assembled, I can't wait to knock gift wrapping off my to-do list.
Spray mount is a great idea, you’re so organised!
yes now you have inspired me to make a gift wrapping station! I told my husband I need a she shed for all of my wrapping but this is easier :0
This is perfect timing for me. I have to get it together over here! 😂
This came at the perfect time for me & I can’t wait to receive it. I have a mountain of gifts to wrap & wrapping supplies scattered in several places. It will be so great to have all my wrapping supplies in one place to make gift wrapping easier all year!
Oh ya! I’m so glad it’s helpful! I’m obsessed with it!
