This bike/ladder hanger is a great product for the garage and holds up to 75 Pounds. I bought 4 of these to hang our two bikes and my two ladders. The thing I like most about them is that you don't need a ladder to get them down. You simply lower the pulley system. I don't have them installed yet, but you will have to make sure there is enough clearance. My garage ceilings are 11 feet tall and they won't fit above the garage overhead door, but they will work perfectly along the top side of the back wall.

This is my latest decorating book I've picked up. The pictures alone are enough inspiration to last a lifetime, but I love how nitty gritty they get in this book, including advice on plumbing, millwork, and even appliances before getting in the weeds by room. Definitely a unique decorating book that will give you so much knowledge!
